Kevin is a 1990 graduate of Texas A & M University, where he was an Undergradate Honors Fellow. He received his law degree cum laude from University of Houston in 1993. Kevin and his wife, Erin, are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. They were married there in 2001.
